You can find lots of nice surfboards for less money but you cannot find one built as well as Corky and Mike's models. Our designs were formulated from two of the greatest surf legends ever. Not only do we still hand shape our boards, we use the absolute finest materials shapers, laminators, finishers, and airbrushers, without regards to cost which we pass along. That means expect more strength without added weight as we use far pricier S-glass cloth, not usually an option on other brands, included on all of our super and ultra light models. All blanks are A- grade and are shaped and laminated by the Barahona Brothers who have worked together for over four decades. Jose was trained by Jeff Stoner, Phil Becker, Hap Jacobs, and others. The Cypress factory is likely the oldest continuously running factory in the world.
